your device and operating system (e.g. Pixel 8 with Android 15) or your browser,
the game version, if you can find it,
what happened and what you expected,
a screenshot or the error message, if available.

Never send us passwords, full card details or recovery codes.

Purchases in the apps

Purchases in the App Store or on Google Play are handled by Apple or Google. You request refunds directly from them. If purchased content is missing in the game, we'll help: support@ariggato.com.
