Cancel contracts here

Here you can cancel your ARI GG ATO Pass without signing in. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; your Pass stays active until then.

How it works

Fill in the form and tap “Cancel now”. You'll immediately get a confirmation on the page and by email, showing the date and time of your cancellation and the day your Pass ends.

We need:

• Type of cancellation: ordinary cancellation at the earliest possible date or extraordinary cancellation (in that case, please state the reason)
• Email address of your ARI GG ATO account
• Name (optional, helps us identify you clearly)
• Contract: Pass (monthly or yearly)
• Cancellation date: earliest possible date or a later date

Bought the Pass in the app?

If you took out the Pass in the App Store or on Google Play, Apple or Google manages the subscription. You can cancel it there in a few steps:

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ARI GG ATO → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ARI GG ATO → Cancel

You can still use the form as well. We'll confirm your cancellation and help you if it doesn't work in the store.

Other ways

• In the app: Settings → Pass & subscription → turn off “Auto-renew”
