For parents: child safety at ARI GG ATO
Our games are made for all ages. This page explains how we protect children and teens and what you can set up as a parent.
What we do
- Age check at first launch, where it matters (ads, account, purchases). We ask neutrally for month and year of birth and store only the age group.
- No personalized ads under 16. Only non-personalized ads that are suitable for children; the device's advertising ID is not read.
- No gambling elements. There are no paid random rewards (“loot boxes”). Our GG points can't be bought.
- No purchase prompts aimed at children. We don't ask children to buy anything or to ask their parents to buy it. Prices are always shown in euros (or your currency), even if a game has its own in-game currency.
- Purchases: Under 16, purchases in the browser are blocked. Under 18, purchases are only possible with your permission.
- Account: from age 16; between 13 and 16 only with your permission. Younger children play in guest mode, without an email address.
- Report and Block are available everywhere with a single tap. We handle reports involving children first.
- Age ratings: Our apps carry the app stores' age rating, issued via IARC (e.g. PEGI, USK, ESRB); it also takes into account purchases.
What you can set up
- Block purchases: iPhone/iPad: Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases. Android: Google Play → Settings → Family → Parental controls, or “Require authentication for purchases”.
- Limit playing time: Screen Time (Apple) or Google Family Link.
- Delete your child's account: in the app under Settings → Delete account, or by email to privacy@ariggato.com.
- Accidental purchases: Write to us at support@ariggato.com. You can request a refund for App Store or Google Play purchases directly from the store.
