Delete your account and data

You can delete your ARI GG ATO account and your data at any time, without giving a reason.

In the app or in the browser

1. Open ARI GG ATO and sign in.
2. Tap Profile → gear icon (Settings).
3. At the very bottom, tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately.

Without the app

Email privacy@ariggato.com from your account's email address with the subject “Delete account”. For security, we'll send you a confirmation link and delete your account as soon as you click it, within 30 days at the latest.

What gets deleted

• Email address, player name, game saves, achievements, leaderboard entries, GG points, rewards, inventory and settings
• Your data is removed from backups within 30 days at the latest.

What we have to keep

• Orders and billing data: 7 years, because accounting law requires it. We don't use this data for anything else.
• Reports and moderation decisions: 12 months, so that complaints and requests from authorities can be handled.

Please note before you delete

• Purchased content and GG points are lost along with the account and can't be restored.
• An active Pass ends at the end of the paid period. If you bought it in the App Store or on Google Play, please also cancel it there, otherwise the store will keep renewing it.

Delete or download specific data only

• Reset your progress in a game: in the game or by email to support@ariggato.com
• Download all your data: Settings → “Download my data” (JSON file)
• Withdraw consent: Settings → Privacy settings
